Pros:

Pros:
Great location.
Very clean bathroom especially the shower.
12:00 check out is nice.
Comfortable bed.
Sofa and chair in room are new.
Makeup mirror in bathroom.
Embroidered pillows, towels, and bathrobes.

Cons:
Wood floors are very creaky.
Housekeeping came to clean our room at 9am.
Lobby furniture is pottery barn, but it's getting very worn.
Too many plants hanging on balcony block your view.
Only one (real) room key.

Things out of their control:
Train loud, but did not bother us.
Balconys are all connected.
Small bathroom.
No parking for hotel. Have to park on the Avenue or use valet.

It's setup like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast.
