I have been a customer of Otto Just for a while now and overall, I am satisfied with their products and service. The prices are reasonable and the quality is good. However, I have had a few instances where the customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked. But, I understand that they might be busy at times. I would still recommend Otto Just to others.
