I was quite disappointed with the services provided by Paul a. Shutler. The website was not user-friendly and it was difficult to navigate through the different sections. Additionally, the response time to inquiries was very slow, which was frustrating. However, I must say that the staff was friendly and helpful when I finally managed to get in touch with them.
