I recently purchased a laser machine from Imex Lasers and I have to say that I am somewhat satisfied with my purchase. The machine itself works well and delivers decent results, however, the customer service could be improved. The response time for inquiries is quite slow and there were a few misunderstandings during the purchase process. Overall, it's an average experience.
