Staff working the equipment are not trained proper...

Staff working the equipment are not trained properly, forced to work in unsafe conditions, paid to run one machine, then told they have to run up to 3 machines at the same time. Then when complaints about poor quality come back, the employee that is making minimum wage, and expected to run up to 3 machines is blamed. Hopefully the ministry of labour get wind of the fact that when one machine in particular "jams" the employee running it has to climb up on top of it and go behind it to unjam it. No lock out training was provided, so the employee is risking their life. And the owner of the company's response when this and other concerns are brought forward was "there are lots of people looking for jobs, so we can replace you". If you are looking for work, or quality products, look elsewhere.
