When I looked at a pair of boots yesterday on their website it stated that I had 2 hours and 40 minutes to place an order to receive it the next day (which is today). I placed an order immediately...It's 16:30 now and yet I haven't received it, called their customer service, diverts to answer machine...this is pure misselling...making false promise to get a sale...disappointed!
