Attention to Detail and Respect are Lacking with BOLD
We were very displeased with Bold's attention to detail. At multiple steps along the way, Bold didn't seem to hear what we were saying, even if we said it multiple times, which we found ourselves needing to do. We must live with the results of communications that fell through the cracks and our dream home is not what we hoped it would be in so many ways. It's not just that we didn't feel heard, we believe Bold disrespected us and our home during the build process. They drove over and scraped up our brand new driveway, they used our kitchen counter top as a workbench for putting tools and stains on, they painted over top of our brand new hardwood floors without a drop cloth, they scratched up our timber tech deck, and they left nails, razors, cigarette butts and trash around our house despite multiple request to clean these things us. During the first 15 minutes of our walk through, we found enough of these dangerous items to make a pile of them porch. On top of that, our completion date was missed by months. We cannot recommend them to anyone.
