I had a mixed experience with Rgus INC. While the level of care provided was satisfactory, there were a few instances where I felt that the staff could have been more attentive. However, overall I am satisfied with the service and the caregivers were generally good. I would recommend Rgus INC to others, but with the suggestion to be clear about your needs and expectations.
