Customer service on two occasions now, have been disappointing to say the least. Being put in hold, only to get a recording that states their so busy they must call you back. I receive my phone call back spoke to the customer service agent for a minute to tell her my issue, only to be put in hold again, for 20 minutes, before my call was routed to a recording saying it too busy and they can't take my call now and they disconnected me. I called back and was directed to call another time. I went to the website and left an email for the customer advocate asking to have someone call me back, but of course no one did.
