The staff are friendly and the coffee isn't bad but you don't really get your money's worth size-wise. Their largest to-go drink is only a 16 oz cup...I'm all about shopping local and supporting local businesses but you get more bang for your buck at Starbucks. They also don't have a customer rewards program which is really a bummer.
