1st visit the company,then resign from where you work.
It is mandatory to give one star. Even one star is more for this..
i will tell from beginning.
In this company there is no advantages for an experienced person.what happen to me,i will share.
1) No safety. anything happens to you at anytime.
2) as a production engineer i go to this company,but after i reach there,they posted me as a mould changer for 2 month,after that they will posted me as a production engineer. But believe me,post has no value here.
3) fake people's everywhere. They told you to give more salary,but in joining letter,there is less salary mentioned. Only the thing they said truth is they give accomodation. But room are not good at all. Full of insects.they told me to give another room in 2 days,but even 3rd day,they not provide a better room.
4) HR told me to give the joining letters at the time of joining,but not given truly.
