I have been a cadet instructor with the Canadian forces - cadet instructors cadre (cic) for several years now, and I must say it has been an incredible experience. The organization provides a supportive and inclusive environment for both the staff and the cadets. The training and educational opportunities offered are outstanding, and the camaraderie among the personnel is beyond compare. The leadership skills I have gained through my involvement with cadets have been invaluable in both my personal and professional life. I highly recommend getting involved with cadets if you have the opportunity!
