I have gone to play ball hockey at this location on a few occasions . Each time I got there an hour early just to wait in line to put my name on a wait list (seriously?). Then crossed my fingers as to whether I would be able to play. Only after the game started would I know if I would be allowed to play or not. My success rate is 50%. Not worth my time to try again.
At the very least the wait list strategy needs improvement or even better, have more ball hockey sessions, give the people what they want.
