My husband s employer uses NEI for relocation. I honestly can t say enough about the great customer relationship fostered by B. Richards and N. Ritz-Woller. They ve been helpful every step of the way and are prompt, professional and courteous with even the most redundant questions. The team is committed to resolving any issues that arise and make the stressful process of relocation an easier pill to swallow and were compassionate and helpful in understanding my special needs due to a disability . We have relocated twice before and this by far has been the best transition thus far. Kudos to NEI and I can t wait to post pictures in the near future once we re all settled in!!!
