I had a mixed experience with Advanced IT Solutions. On one hand, their technical skills were top-notch, and they were able to resolve my issue effectively. On the other hand, their customer service was lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response from them, and I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, I am satisfied with their service, but there is room for improvement.
