We booked a meeting hall with them. We guaranteed complimentary bottled water and microphones being set up before we start. At the time of the event, the bottled waters were not there. When we followed up, one from our team were asked to take them from the kitchen (very unacceptable). Microphones were not set up yet. And what's worst is that the temperature of the meeting room was very bad. We were all using papers and hand fans to help ourselves. When we informed reception about this, we were told that ac is already on. And they did't even do anything about it. This is very disappointing and completely not acceptable and unprofessional.
