Barbacoa Mexican Grill is a hidden gem in town. The variety of Mexican dishes they offer is impressive. The flavors are bold and authentic. I particularly enjoyed their enchiladas, which were perfectly seasoned and accompanied by delicious sauces. The staff was attentive and the service was prompt. Although the establishment was busy, the wait time was minimal. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
