So my flight got delayed and I called the hotel to book a room for the next couple hours so I could sleep and I wanted to get there in the next 5 mins I specified that the girl says " if you go there they will tell you to call us" I said "ok well I'm on the phone here with you and I would like a room in the next 5 mins so I can lay down and get a couple hours of sleep" she says "ok" and hangs up the call on me if the day couldn't get any worse she helped take it to a new level
