I had an aircraft coming into Memphis that had never flown there before. I had no radio contact with my crew so i diverted to MedCom to help. Daniel was amazing. He made sure not only that my pilot and crew were safe, but went above and beyond by supplying ground and landing issues and refueling. Danial and his MedCom crew were by far friendly and so very helpful.
