I had an overall average experience with Dyad. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I was also disappointed with the quality of the products I purchased. They didn't meet my expectations based on the website's descriptions. I hope Dyad improves their customer service and product quality in the future.
