Worktools inc. is an average company. The website worktools.com provides decent information about their products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers felt generic and unhelpful. Overall, my experience with Worktools inc. was not great, but it wasn't terrible either.
