I had a great experience working with Mortgages.ca and James Harrison. As a self employed person there are many additional criteria involved and the CMHC was reluctant to insure. James persisted after receiving the denial of insurance. He raised an escalation and through his tenacity and dedication to the customer it was approved upon further review. This was above and beyond. He also was able to provide the best rate possible which even surprised me. He exceeded my expectations and was always looking out for his client. Great experience!
