The overall experience with DeviceAtlas is average. I found their website to be informative and easy to navigate. However, I was not overly impressed with their customer service. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the assistance provided was satisfactory but not exceptional. The rate at which they update their device database is decent, but could be more frequent. In summary, DeviceAtlas is a reliable resource for device detection, but there is room for improvement.
