My son received therapy at the Heritage Primary Care Facility on Klotz Rd in Jan, Feb, and one session in March of this year. NWO took over Heritage on March 1st and, obviously, raised their rates (unbeknown to us). I received my first bill from NWO in October for the March service date and it was much higher than any of my sons previous sessions. My son went to the same place, had the same therapist and did the same exercises but because it was submitted to our insurance through Dr Heck we have to pay significantly more. Why it took this long to get a bill is ridiculous and a little hard to dispute at this point. If you have a high deductible plan like we do you might want to shop around. Who knows when they might raise their rates unbeknown to you again.
