I am a customer of Progress Machine Inc and I must say their service is average. The website progressmachine.biz is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the packaging was not sturdy enough, resulting in some damage to the product. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
