Ground control property management is doing an average job with their services. I have been a customer for a year now and overall, I am satisfied with their performance. There were a few hiccups here and there, but they were resolved in a timely manner. The staff is professional and responsive to my queries. However, there is room for improvement in terms of communication and transparency. I hope they can address these issues and continue to enhance their services in the future.
