UPDATED: After posting. They got back to me today - the head supervisor. He LISTENED to my needs as well as our complaints. He has agreed to check back with us in a few months, If things improve and are back to how it first was - end of 2019 first part of 2020 - I will update the review.

Jarod is the WORST manager and greatly lacks customer service skills. The changes that Divvy is moving towards is simply not what we signed up for. the EASE of Divvy to use for our company credit cards is the only reason we stay. They have seriously declined in the customer service area.
