I recently used Dolan Appraisal Company for a property appraisal, and overall, I had a satisfactory experience. The appraiser was knowledgeable and provided a detailed report. However, I expected slightly more in terms of the accuracy of the assessment. Nonetheless, I would consider using their services again.
