I recently had an experience with Unocad srl, and I must say it was not up to my expectations. The website was easy to use, but the customer service was lacking. They were not very responsive to my queries, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the delivery took longer than anticipated. However, the product itself was of decent quality. I hope they work on improving their customer service.
