I have been a customer of Welaika for a few years now, and I must say that their services have been average. Although they have a user-friendly website, the overall experience has been just satisfactory. The response time for support tickets could be better, and there have been a few instances where my issues were not resolved in a timely manner. However, their team is friendly and always tries their best to help.
