While the meditation and mindfulness techniques have provided some peace of mind, I felt the teachings were too rigid and dogmatic at times. However, the community aspect and the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals were valuable. Overall, I appreciate the positive aspects of this university, but it may not be suitable for everyone. 🌟🌟🌟
