I've never personally rented from them but I saw a post of there's online of a rental property and it looked like the house was falling apart . They most likely have more than one rental property, but the one I saw looked like a dump not only that it was a single bedroom for 800.00 wayyy over priced I think. Just be careful and take your time when looking for a new place and always be safe.
