I have been a customer of Black Rock Capital Corp for several years now and I must say that my experience with them has been average. While their website is easy to navigate and provides useful information, I often find their customer service lacking. The representatives are not always knowledgeable and it can be difficult to get a timely response. Overall, their services are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
