Insurian is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I have been a customer for a few years now and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't had any particularly positive experiences. The rates are decent and the website is easy to navigate, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
