I recently had the opportunity to work with a company specializing in fire systems. I must say, my experience can be best described as average. The company's website, advfiresystems.net, is user-friendly and provides useful information about their services. The staff was polite and professional in their communication, although their responses were not always prompt. Additionally, the installation of the fire system was completed satisfactorily, but I did encounter a few minor technical issues that required assistance. The technicians were able to resolve these issues in a timely manner. However, I did feel that the overall level of service could have been more proactive and attentive. While Advanced fire systems, inc. delivered on their promise, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and attention to detail.
