I started about 2 months ago and as soon as I finish my first class I knew I would want to join as member! It s a great place! Instructors help you through all the class and teach you until you get it! Not going to Lie it wasn t easy in the begging as I was just used to run but this is way better! Every class is something different! This is a great workout and great to take stress out also
All instructors are great and will help you become better and teach you all you need to know!
I truly like it!
