We were put in a handicap room, we are not handicap so not sure why this was. Room was not very clean, dust on phone and table looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Floor still had glitter and dirt from the last guests appeared not have been swept. Front desk clerk said we were charged up front for incidentals, but nothing in the room to be charged as an incidental. What we did find was the last guests food in fridge! We took it down to the desk in lieu of leaving it in room. We were provided a lot of towels which was a plus and the location to everything downtown is great. It's very quiet and the front desk nice. If it rains don't park underground, ruined two pairs of shoes standing water for a couple of days. Outside parking provided use this.
