I have been using Altea software for the past year...

I have been using Altea software for the past year and I must say it has been an average experience. While some features are great, there are areas that could be improved upon. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, but I have encountered a few bugs that took a while to get fixed. Overall, I would rate Altea software as average.
