I had a mixed experience with Redcastle. The customer service was great, but I was not impressed with the quality of their products. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. However, when I received the items, they were not what I expected. The colors were faded and the fabric felt cheap. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful, but ultimately I decided to return the items. Overall, I would rate Redcastle as average.
