I recently hired Web Development JMR to create a website for my small business. I must say, the experience was average at best. While they were able to deliver the website on time and it had a professional look, the overall functionality was lacking. There were several bugs and glitches that needed to be fixed. The customer service was also not up to par, as it often took days to get a response. Overall, I would rate them as average.
