Excellent service so far! My husband and I are dealing with this consulate for a declaration of nationality. The time for the interview appointment was super fast. The interview took place on time, without problem and the lady was very friendly and answered all our questions. Then, despite the COVID crisis which caused inevitable delays, I had a response to each email I sent IN THE HOUR, even if my messages were sometimes sent in the late afternoon or evening ! I am really impressed by their work and their quality of service.
