I have been riding the CTA for several years now, and overall, I am quite satisfied with the service. The trains and buses are usually on time, and the drivers are friendly. The fares are affordable, and the website is easy to use. I have had a few instances of delays and overcrowding, but they have been rare. Overall, I would rate the CTA as great.
