I recently purchased a bifold door from this company and my experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and the customer service response was somewhat slow when I inquired about the delay. The quality of the door is good, but I did notice a few minor manufacturing imperfections upon arrival. While the product ultimately served its purpose, the overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations. If the company can improve their communication and delivery timelines, it would certainly enhance the customer experience.
