I got my website made from them but I had to put so much work that it seems like I have developed it on my own. Ananya from Web-guru was the manager looking after my project.

And I can tell that not just the manager but the whole team is not worth working with. After sales is appalling.

I had a major issue which got unnoticed and now these people are not taking the responsibility of fixing the issue. Rather emailed me a bill to pay, to have it fixed. Unfortunately there's no ombudsman to look after these kind of things in India so these companies get away with poor compliance. I have raised this issue for public awareness.

We had plenty of issues right from the beginning of developing our website with this company. This company is making comments on google about my company now.

They are simply trying to put our company down.

It's important for this country's people to raise issues where it's needed. And I have done that.

We are a law abiding company and we will be requesting Google in removing them. And also removing the remarks put in response to this review.
