For a 5 star establishment it was one of the worst experience we've had... Greeting was terrible, we waited for ever for someone to see us and eventually to get seated. The host was super rude, we even heard him tell off another table. The two waitresses were really nice but they looked on the verge of tears. The brunch was terrible... it came with a viennoiseries platter with fruits and cheese... which ended up being a bunch of dried out mini croissants and a single slice of cheese tossed in a bowl with a few pieces of dried-out fruits... the main course was a disaster... The cassolette was completely tasteless with almost zero sauce... and you have to dig out a lot to find some duck in there... no salt no pepper... we never got the bread that was coming with the plate and at that point we just gave up... No water, we had to ask twice, and remind about the juice that was included with the menu. Then the coffee arrived only when we were almost done. It was, all and all, a very poor experience and we are very easy to please... To be honest if you travel in the area do yourself a favor, pay the extra 20$ per person and go enjoy the brunch at Hovey Manor, it is well worth it and never fails to impress.
