We are very pleased with the customer service from everyone we dealt with during purchase of our 2013 Explorer. From starting in the rain and cold on Friday night with Trent braving the weather with us into Saturday when everything was finalized. You made this process of one deal that turned into a double deal as simple as it could be and Trent, Tom, and Mike even tolerated my husband's sense of humor. You guys are great....THANK you for everything! We will definitely recommend Apple Ford!!
