The wife and I stumbled across this fun art galler...

The wife and I stumbled across this fun art gallery on one of our small town ramble trips in 2019. We met the owner, Lily Fomato, in front of her building one morning, washing the windows, and then spent at least in hour in her gallery.
We ended up falling in love with this gallery, the space, the owner and the wide range of art on display. Lily is a young lady with the drive, and the business savvy, to succeed in the tough art seller business. You can catch her passion when she talks about the art, the gallery, and her business.
Her remodel of this old building, once the city hall and jail, is genius. Half of the building floor space remains at street level. But, faced with a basement that was a maze, of concrete jail cells, she removed part of the street-level floor, gutted the basement, and created a very cool walk-down party and display space. It would make an incredible live music venue.
The art in the gallery encompasses the gamut of media and styles, pulling as it does from a pool of regional artists. And, it is a deep pool, as evidenced by the variety, and maturity, of many of the artists.
Check out Lily's gallery - you will like it.
