I had an average experience with Hoffman bikes. Their website is decent, but I found it a bit confusing to navigate. The customer service was okay, but not exceptional. I had to wait for a while to get a response to my inquiries. The quality of their bikes is good, but I expected better considering the price. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
