I had an average experience with Albion plants. The plants I received were decent, but I expected better quality considering the price. The packaging was satisfactory, but one of the plants had a few yellow leaves. The customer service was responsive and offered a partial refund for the defective plant. Overall, it was an average experience, and I'm not sure if I would order from them again.
