Customer service at Shootdhs models was disappoint...

Customer service at Shootdhs models was disappointing. They were unresponsive and unhelpful. It took them forever to resolve my issue and even then, it wasn't fully resolved. The quality of the models was good, but the poor customer service ruined the overall experience for me. I wouldn't recommend Shootdhs models.
